‘Biological’ farm guru pulls crowds

Animals in “extraordinary” health raised on “healthy soils that look and smell good”, growing plants with “less disease and insect damage, with great root systems and taste”.All thanks to “biological” farming, the middle path between hard-out organics and destructive “chemical addiction” farming, says agro-economist Maarten Stapper, sacked two years ago after a 25 year career with Australia’s CSIRO.
