Dr Maarten Stapper: The Link Between Healthy Food and Biological Farming – Part One.

In this Interview, FDI takes the opportunity to discuss with Dr Maarten Stapper the relationship between healthy soils, healthy food and healthy people. Dr Stapper examines the relationship between food quality and the general health and wellbeing of the consumer. He will then examine how production, supply and demand need to be modified to promote a “healthy soil, healthy food, healthy people” society. A week later to be followed by Part Two.

In the second and last part of this Interview, Dr Maarten Stapper continues his description of the relationship between healthy soils, healthy food and healthy people.
